The Fairfield County Chapter of the American Wine Society is a non profit member driven organization devoted soley to educating our community in the art of wine making as well as wine appreciation.
From the novice wine maker to expert afficiandos the leadership of the Chapter teaches people who want to learn any and all aspects of wine from vine to grape to wine. We teach classes from winemaking, wine tasting, to wine blending enabling the home vintner to produce high quality wines.
